Range of Application
SBJ deep-water aeration mixer is mainly used in nitrification/denitrification tank, SBR reaction tank, sludge tank, oxidation pond and places where deep-water aeration agitation and high oxygen transfer rate are required.
Product Features
1. Deep-water: due to the adoption of deep-water motor sealing technology, the aeration tank is arranged vertically, and the tank depth can reach 20m. So as to save floor area and reduce air pollution; Due to the water depth, the air stays in the water for a long time, and the temperature is balanced when added into the water, so the oxygen transfer rate is high.
2. Aeration: SBJ product is aerated by air supply system and high-speed mixer. The actual oxygen filling capacity is completed by the air intake and water mixer. Therefore, the best continuous and stable aeration performance can be achieved as long as the water-air mixing ratio and working time are controlled; This makes the automatic control system of biochemical treatment process simple and reliable. Experimental results show that bubbles are dense and uniform on the water surface of SBJ. The negative pressure formed by the impeller at high speed also increases the self-priming function of the machine, thus improving the dynamic efficiency of the machine.
3. Mixing: SBJ product, as the aeration and mixing equipment at the bottom of the tank, adopts the open impeller structure design, without blocking. After the completion of high-speed aeration, it can automatically switch to a low-speed state as a mixing equipment, and maintain a flow rate of 3-5m/s along the circumference outlet. The underwater circulation formed by the reflection of the pool wall can effectively prevent the settlement of suspended solids.
4. Installation: SBJ products rely on their own weight for positioning. The integrated lifting design requires no auxiliary accessories, and the arrangement is flexible. Quick lifting without draining and interrupting process operation.
