Product description
QJB submersible mixer can be divided into two series: mixing and low-speed push flow series mixer.
1. Mixing series mixer applies to mixing liquid containing suspended solids in sewage treatment plants and industrial processes;
2. Low-speed push flow series mixer is applicable to the aeration tank of industrial and urban sewage treatment plants. It produces low tangential flow ,strong water flow, and can be used for circulation and nitrification, denitrification and phosphorus removal stages to create water flow, etc.
Working Conditions
The mixer shall operate normally and continuously under the following conditions:
1 The maximum medium temperature shall not exceed 40°C;
2 PH value of medium is 5~9;
3 Liquid density shall not exceed 1150 Kg/M3;
4 For long-term diving operation, the diving depth shall not exceed 20m long.
Product Features
1. Compact structure, simple operation and maintenance, convenient installation and maintenance, long service life;
2. The impeller has the best hydraulic design structure and high working efficiency. The backward-swept blade has the self-cleaning function to prevent the debris from winding and blocking;
3. Mixed use with the aeration system can significantly reduce energy consumption, significantly increase the oxygen charge and effectively prevent sedimentation;
4. Motor winding insulation class F, protection class IP68, select high-quality bearing and motor anti-condensation device to make the motor work safer;
5. Two mechanical seals
