CQJB-W sludge reflux pump is a new energy-saving product developed based on the production technology of high-efficiency and energy-saving permanent magnet submersible mixer. The pump is a special equipment for mixed liquor reflux and denitrification in the secondary sewage treatment plant, and can also be used for pumping purified water during ground drainage; Irrigation and control waterway systems; Micro-head, high-flow locations where recirculation or mud pumping circuits are required during wastewater treatment.
Working Conditions
1. During continuous operation, the medium temperature shall not be higher than 40ºC;
2. PH value of medium is 6-9.
3. Maximum depth of submergence 10M long.
Product Features
1. Extremely durable: permanent magnet motor has extremely high efficiency, no resistance loss in rotor winding, less or almost no reactive current in stator winding, so the motor can operate for a long time with low temperature rise. Compared with ordinary motor, the working time and service life of the motor can be greatly extended.
2. Super energy conservation: permanent magnet sludge return pump can reach the national level I or level II energy efficiency index value, the power factor of the permanent magnet motor adopted is all greater than 0.9, and the permanent magnet sludge return pump can save 15% - 30% energy compared with the ordinary sludge return pump.
3. Super convenient: it has the same application, service conditions and installation size requirements as the ordinary sludge return pump of our company. It is convenient for new users to install and use. It is unnecessary to modify the installation system for old users to replace the permanent magnet submersible mixer. The main machine can be used instead.
