The prefabricated pump station can be divided into GRP integrated prefabricated pump station and stainless steel integrated prefabricated pump station according to different cylinder materials.
Generally, prefabricated pump station is a prefabricated sewage lift pump station with FRP as the cylinder. Equipment assembly can be completed in the factory, and finished products can be transported to the project site for hoisting in the prefabricated foundation pit.
Prefabricated pump station is made of high-strength FRP cylinder as outer cylinder, and the inner part is composed of sewage pump, self-coupling device, multiple pipeline valves, crushing grid, water inlet and outlet, flange and control box.
