ZBXN sludge suction machine is used for the circular secondary sedimentation tank of the sewage treatment plant. It scrapes the sludge settled at the bottom of the tank to a group of sludge suction pipe orifices arranged along the radius direction, and then it is discharged through the central sludge discharge pipe for sludge refluxing or thickening and dewatering. At the same time, it skims the sludge on the tank surface to the slag collection hopper and is discharged out of the tank through the slag collection hopper for further treatment.
Features
ZBXN series suction machine is a new generation of suction dredger designed on the basis of digesting the imported equipment. It has the following obvious characteristics:
1. simple structure and light weight: due to the half-bridge type, there is only one set of driving device, and the main beam is also used as the mud tank.
2. Saving operation cost and convenient maintenance and management: since the sludge in the sludge tank is discharged to the central sludge discharge pipe through the non-rotating central sludge tank without dynamic seal, the short flow of supernatant is eliminated, which not only avoids the waste of energy consumption of reflux pump, but also ensures the concentration of reflux sludge, creating conditions for the normal operation of biochemical process. Meanwhile, the maintenance work caused by dynamic seal is eliminated;
3. The new transmission device is optional. The key component of the drive device - reducer adopts the advanced shaft-mounted type, without centering and coupling, with compact structure, high efficiency and light weight;
4. Over-torsion protection mechanism can be configured to automatically alarm and shut down when the torque reaches the set value, which is safe and reliable.
