Product description
XBS rotary water decanter is produced by absorbing advanced foreign technologies and specially designed for large batch biological treatment system. It has good hydraulic and mechanical properties and can realize laminar flow of water entering the outlet weir during decanting process. Its descending speed is balanced to keep the water output unchanged. It is the key equipment of circulating activated sludge process. It is applicable to the clean water discharge equipment of various intermittent circulating activated sludge wastewater treatment systems (such as SBR and CASS). During the design and processing of the equipment, the impact of scum on the water surface and sludge layer at the bottom on the drainage quality is considered. A floating bucket is set in front of the water decanting tank of the equipment, which not only ensures the collection of clean water, but also ensures no scum and sludge at the bottom.

It is suitable for municipal sewage treatment plant and sewage treatment in papermaking, leather, pharmaceutical,food,garbage treatment and other industries.
Introduction to Structure
XBS water decanter is composed of water decanting device, transmission device, skimming buoy device and slewing bearing, etc. The driving mechanism drives the water decanting device and the skimming displacer device to rotate around the slewing bearing through the telescopic push rod, so as to make the decanting weir move up and down, so as to decant the clean water.
