WLSY shaftless screw conveyor and compactor, also known as shaftless spiral conveying and pressing machine, is a new equipment to realize the integration of conveying and extruding screenings in the sewage treatment process. The screenings fished out by the screen cleaner are beneficial to outward transportation after being conveyed and compacted.

Product Features
WLSY shaftless screw conveyor and compactor is composed of driving device, shaftless screw, U-shaped groove, support, liner plate, cover plate, feed inlet, extrusion section, discharge outlet and drain pipe. The materials are input from the feed inlet, and moved forward to the extrusion section by the screw to be dewatered before being discharged from the discharge outlet. The extruded water flows through the drainage pipe and is introduced into the grating channel.
1. Simple structure, no bearing in extrusion section, smooth material transportation and easy maintenance;
2. Except that the inlet and outlet are open, other parts can be covered and closed, so that materials will not overflow and air pollution will be reduced; It is designed as an integrated equipment with one machine and multiple functions, which can not only convey the slag but also squeeze and dewater.
