XLCS cyclone grit chamber desander is used in the cyclone grit chamber and is an advanced equipment with good grit settling and sand washing effects.The cyclone sander is made according to the principle of screening when the solid particles in the fluid rotate in the sander, which integrates the cyclone and filtration, and realizes the sanding, turbidity reduction and solid-liquid separation in the field of water treatment.

Introduction to Structure
XLCS cyclone grit chamber desander consists of impeller, drive shaft, motor, reducer and sand suction system.
Due to the upward inclination of impeller blade, the sewage in the pool is spirally moved during rotation, and the vortex flow pattern is formed for the sewage in the pool due to the tangential inflow of sewage and the swirl consistent with the impeller rotation direction. Under the condition of appropriate blade pitch angle and linear velocity, the sand particles in the sewage will be scoured and maintain the best settlement effect, while the organics and small heavy substances originally attached to the sand particles will flow out of the cyclone tank together with the sewage. In addition, the impeller rotation reduces the sensitivity of the flow pattern change caused by the change of water inflow in the cyclone tank, and ensures the stability of the grit chamber and the low content of organic components in sand production.
